Service Team Spirit and Communication Effectiveness – STSCE©

Progress in two hours on five communication points by acquiring tools that are immediately applicable.

Participants : employees that do not have management or sales responsibility but they have a responsibility to communicate with external or internal customers.

Main Program
  • Know the basics of personality theory in order to excel where team members are strong and progress where they can improve.
  • To develop the effectiveness and efficiency of the group and the individuals thanks to the personality profile of each one.
  • Overcome through knowledge of one’s own profile and that of others the difficulties related to different personality types within the team.
  • Make concrete the communication and customer orientation actions to be implemented to progress individually and together on the basis of the analysis of each.
  • Exercise the actions decided during the day.
  • Re-activate all communication behaviors and practices learned in the past by each.
Course and duration

– A personal preparation phase four weeks before the first day.

– A coaching, consulting and intensive one-day team training.

– Practical work after the course.
