PIDC© – Progress through Insights Discovery in Communication

Progress in two hours on five communication points by acquiring tools that are immediately applicable.

Participants : employees that do not have management or sales responsibility but they have a responsibility to communicate with external or internal customers.

Main Program
  • Conduct an analysis of the personality profile on the basis of a questionnaire submitted.
  • Present, explain and complete the profile received.
  • Define with the participant 5 axes of progress.
  • Build 5 red wires to progress on the 5 defined points.
  • Acquire concrete and immediately applicable aids in terms of behavior and customer orientation and communication practices.
  • Exercise red wires.
Course and duration

– A personal preparation phase four weeks before the first day.

– Coaching, consulting and intensive individual training of two hours.

– Practical work between the course.
