Main Program
  • Based on a pre-established agreement between management and Motivaction, we coach and train your corporate sales team to meet or exceed agreed upon goals.
  • We apply our method to your sales team.
  • We are compensated if the agreed objectives are met or exceeded.
Course and duration

– A personal preparation phase before each SP.

– Coaching, consulting and intensive and customized training of two hours every fortnight in the company and over a year (12 months).

– Practical implementation work following each SP.

Fees

Performance fee for Motivaction on the basis of an agreement signed with the management for a minimum duration of one year.
